INTERNET SERVICE AGREEMENT<\/h1>\n

Term: 12 Months | Service Speed: 100 Mbps | Monthly Rate: $49.99<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

This Internet Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Springcom, INC., hereinafter referred to as “Provider,” and the customer named below (“Customer”).<\/p>\n

1. Service Description<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

Provider agrees to provide high-speed internet access at a download speed of up to 100 Mbps to Customer at the agreed monthly rate of $49.99, plus applicable taxes and fees.<\/p>\n

2. Term and Billing<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

The term of this Agreement is 12 months from the service activation date.<\/p>\n

Billing will occur monthly in advance at the rate of $49.99 per month.<\/p>\n

Payments are due on or before the due date listed on the monthly invoice.<\/p>\n

3. Early Termination<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

If Customer terminates this Agreement before the end of the 12-month term, Customer agrees to pay an early termination fee calculated as follows: $30 per remaining month on the original contract term.<\/p>\n

(Example: If terminated with 4 months remaining, the early termination fee is 4 \u00d7 $30 = $120.)<\/p>\n

If a customer goes non-pay they will need to sign another service agreement, the 12 months will restart from the new date.<\/p>\n

4. Customer Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

Customer agrees to use the service for lawful purposes only.<\/p>\n

Customer shall not resell or share the service with others outside the service address without prior written consent from Provider.<\/p>\n

5. Equipment<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

If Provider supplies equipment, Customer agrees to return it in good condition upon termination of service. Unreturned or damaged equipment may result in additional charges.<\/p>\n

6. Service Availability<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure consistent service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for outages caused by events beyond its control.<\/p>\n

7. Acceptance<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

By signing below, Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
